Why this trauma informed yoga training?

  • This program  provides 200 hours foundational yoga teacher training with the trauma-informed approach.
  • This training is provided by experts in their field and the content presented is constantly updated.
  • Unlike mainstream yoga training, the movement planning and asana application in this training are based on universal scientific foundations. For this reason, it is observed that asanas or movements support the nervous system even during the application phase.
  • With the expertise of Ece Türkmut Dere the training content has been enriched with Trauma-Informed Yoga, Applied Polivagal Theory with Yoga, Somatic Release, also with different movement approaches such as Feldenkreis, Alexander and Bartenieff, and practices aimed to strengthening the resilience of the nervous system.
  • With the expertise of Görkem Dizdar students will learn physiology behind the behavior, developmental kinesiology and universal components of movement in yoga, posture, sensory processing, breathing mechanisms.
  • With the expertise of Ela Şeker students will learn the art of teaching yoga, zen way of consulting, wide variety of meditations, authenticity and tools for compassion inquiry.
  • You can easily apply the tools you learned in this training both in your profession and in your daily life.
