In the past, paintings were created and developed in stages. Each day brought new things. A painting was a sum of additions. In my case, a painting is a sum of destruction. I make a painting, then I destroy it.

Ece (E-RYT 200 & YACEP) is an experienced movement instructor based in USA. She is an expert on trauma informed approaches and worked on projects like trauma informed care and trauma informed schools. She teaches trauma informed yoga since 2014.

Her background is on performing arts she combines different movement approaches like Alexander, Feldenkreis, Bartenieff etc. in her yoga trainings. She leads trauma informed yoga trainings with Ela and Gorkem.
