You can discover all the training topics in the WE OFFER section of the site
The trainings under the heading “WE OFFER“ are primarily designed for yoga instructors or those who want to become yoga instructors. However, movement professionals from other fields (such as Pilates), massage therapists, physiotherapists, and health care professionals who provide professional services in psychology or psychiatry can also participate in these trainings to learn methods for transferring trauma-informed body approaches to their own areas of expertise.
Please visit eceturkmut.com for the trainings for performing artists, directors, producers, technical teams, and communities and educational institutions in the fields of visual arts (theater, dance, etc.)
Even if you do not want to work in the field of trauma, I hope you will realize the importance of being “trauma-informed” and adapting this knowledge to your expertise from the very first day.
In addition, if you intend to work with special groups or individuals who have stress, anxiety, cancer or other illnesses, psychological disorders, or have been victims of violence or trauma, or veterans and children, then these trainings are just right for you.
Trauma creates a physiological impact. By nature, any work done with the body can also turn into a situation that especially triggers and prepares the ground for trauma. Trauma is a general population issue, and you can take simple precautions to provide a lesson/service that is as safe as possible for most people. The way to do this is to be trauma-informed
We provide a participation certificate for short workshops; a Continuing Education certificate if you are a registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance, and an internationally recognized Yoga Alliance certificate for the 200-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training.
